Here is the experience I went through, So if you have a plan to marry Russian spouse in Russia, please read below carefully.
It is very hard and painful... because of language, processes and time spending.

 

1. Canadian who is never married.

  Preparation : Passport, Money and Time( 2 monthes) 

  Pre information : Canadian Embassy in Moscow(location and Appointment), MFA(Ministry Foreign of Affairs of Russia), Translation and legalization office in Moscow

 

   1)  Registration of visa in Russia: Upon arrival in Russia, you must register your visa 

   2) Canadian Embassy : 23 Starokonyushenny Per.,  Moscow
                     Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00,
                    
Friday - from - 10:00 to 12:30 (last client at 12:00)

           You need a Non-impediment declaration from Canadian Embassy (in Russian and English) 

   3) MFA : 12a, 1st Neopalimovskiy pereulok, entrance 2, office 3, Moscow 
             Client hours: every working day 09:30-12:30 and 14:30-17:00, Friday – until 16:00

          Non-impediment declaration must be authenticated by the Legalization Department of the MFA of the Russian Federation in Moscow (It takes 5 business day)

   4) Translation office : Passport is translated and certified in Russian

 

  5) ZAGS : Two documents - Non-impediment declaration and traslated passport copy

 

2. Canadian who is divorced.

  Preparation : Passport, Divorce certificate and Time( 2 monthes)

   Pre information : Canadian Embassy in Moscow(location and Appointment), MFA(Ministry Foreign of Affairs of Russia), Translation and legalization office in Moscow

 

   1)  Registration of visa in Russia: Upon arrival in Russia, you must register your visa 

   2) Canadian Embassy : 23 Starokonyushenny Per.,  Moscow
                     Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00,
                    
Friday - from - 10:00 to 12:30 (last client at 12:00)

   4) Translation office : Passport which is translated and certified in Russian

                                     Divorce certificate which is translated and certified in Russian
                                     (It is different where you got divorced. Some countries have no divorce certificate)

  5) ZAGS : 3 documents (Non-Impediment declaration, divorce certificate and passport)
